The terms and conditions set out below are in addition to the standard terms and conditions of Just Automotive Solutions Ltd applicable in all vehicle sale transactions.

• To Reserve a vehicle the customer (you/your) agrees to pay a Reservation Fee by credit or debit card or Bank Transfer to Just Automotive Solutions Ltd (us/we).
• We will remove the vehicle from sale and mark as reserved on our website for a period of 72 hours, during which you will have exclusive rights to conclude the purchase and enter into a contract to purchase the vehicle.
• The Reservation Fee is not a deposit and shall not constitute a contract for the sale or purchase of a vehicle. Reservation is subject to availability
• If you proceed to purchase the vehicle our standard terms and conditions will apply, please ask a member of staff for details. You agree that we will retain the Reservation Fee as part payment towards the purchase price of the vehicle.
• If at the end of your Reservation Period you have not agreed to purchase the vehicle, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale and will refund your Reservation Fee to the original credit or debit card used.
• If you wish to cancel the Reservation, alert the Sales team and we will issue you a refund.
• Please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit or debit card statement.
• We reserve the right to cancel the Reservation you have made for whatever reason, and in such an event, we will refund the Reservation Fee to you immediately.
• Just Automotive Solutions Ltd do not do distance selling and any reservations made will require you to visit our dealership in person

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect or limit your statutory rights.
