Motorhome Technician – Just My Motorhome (Lincoln) Just My Motorhome, part of the Just Automotive Solutions Group, is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Motorhome Technician to join our expanding workshop team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist motorhome service and repair centre that values quality workmanship, professionalism, and long-term development. The Role As a Motorhome Technician, you will play a key role in the servicing, repair, and maintenance of motorhomes and campervans of all makes and models. The position is workshop-based and suited to someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of safety, attention to detail, and customer confidence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Carrying out motorhome servicing, repairs, and diagnostics Completing habitation checks and associated remedial work Working on water, gas, electrical (12v/240v), heating, and appliance systems Mechanical repairs and fault finding where required Accurately completing job cards, inspection sheets, and reports Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Working closely with service advisors and management to ensure high customer satisfaction About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience as a motorhome or caravan technician, or strong transferable experience from automotive, commercial, or leisure vehicle backgrounds Has good knowledge of habitation systems (gas, water, electrics) Holds relevant qualifications (AWS, NCC, or similar preferred but not essential) Has Mechanical knowledge and qualifications Is organised, reliable, and able to work independently Takes a professional approach to workmanship and customer care Holds a full UK driving licence What We Offer Competitive salary, dependent on experience Full-time, permanent position Modern, well-equipped workshop environment Ongoing training and development opportunities A stable, growing business with a strong local reputation Supportive management team and clear expectations About Just My Motorhome Just My Motorhome is part of Just automotive solutions ltd who have Just Audi VW on outer circle road. we are a dedicated motorhome sales, servicing, repair, and habitation specialist based in Lincoln.
